I participate in MySpace but that just about all. I just recently made myself a MySpace when I was old enough to realize all of the dangers of the online world. The positive things of having a MySpace is that you can talk to people that you may have gone to school with and lost touch or just to talk to people that are also online. To protect yourself and the information on your MySpace you can set it to private. This means that no one can look at your page without accepting them as your friend. I also protect myself by not putting personal information about myself on it. The negative aspects of being in the online world is that it is very easy for people to hack into your personal information. So to keep yourself safe either don’t get online in these different programs or don’t put anything on these spaces that you don’t want everyone to know.
