Back on track

Life seems to take many detours.  After high school back in ninety-seven I started college at North Harris; the goal was to become a dental hygienist.  Impatience grew strong so I decided to get my foot in the door and became a dental assistant.  Absolutely despising that environment I took a break on my future and waited tables.  I met a professional massage therapist attending a party one night and had no idea you could make a living by massaging people.  The future was now taking a turn and not only was I doing something I enjoyed but people enjoyed my services.  After all these years, I decided a backup career needed that would provide more of a stable paycheck.  College here I come once again!

About BonnyS

I am a 29 year old divorced mother of a beautiful baby girl named Emma. Even though I love being a self employed massage therapist; I've chosen to go back to school to obtain a career as an Occupational Therapist. I thought it would be best to have a job that has a stable paycheck that will provide security for my daughter and I. Over ten years since I've been in college, so I'm a little overwhelmed but also up for the challenge.
