In her last words I think Senna’s grandmother would have tried to relate to her and at the same time letting her know in her own cruel way that she cares about her. I believe she would have gained common ground with Senna by using their shared talent of writing by quoting someone that related to her age and culture. In quoting Lil Wayne she would have found humor and understanding that in in her grandmothers last moments of life, she learned to look past prejudice of race, and see that in many ways we are all the same. I am not he same, I am an alien…..lol
