Honesty can be defined as “a facet of moral character and denotes positive, virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, and straightforwardness along with the absence of lying, cheating, or theft.” (Wikipedia) Being honest gains confidence and trustworthiness with others that they work for. Having honesty not that it increases the chance of not getting into trouble to what they did wrong, but helps overcome issues that affected his or her life. Honesty is the state of being honest, truthful or fair.
