I have always been a very absent-minded person. I frequently find myself looking for things which are right in front of me, locking my keys in my car, or simply just not knowing what is going on. It’s as though my mind just wanders through the day, always focused on something other than what it should be focused on at the moment. Fittingly, on my first night of residence in the dorms, I returned to my room after taking a shower only to find that I had locked my keys inside. Being two in the morning, presuming that my R.A. was fast asleep, and my roommate did not move in until the next day, I slept on the floor. A day in the life of this distracted freshman.
