Finding the big reason to live (picture)

The fingerprint symbolizes the identity each of us carry. In order to find the big reason to live, first we need to find ourselves and discover what our purpose is, what is our passion, what we’re truly made for. There’s a song that says “in these bodies we will live, in these bodies we will die/ where you invest your love, you invest your life” (Mumford&Sons-Awake My Soul). Therefore, aim high. Don’t look back nor ahead, but upwards. Strive to find yourself. I’m in this journey as well! Live according to His will, for “you were made too meet your maker”, and this, is how that song ends; but yours is still playing.

I love the analogy of life being a song. We are all talented in different ways, and that is what makes the song good. If you’re better at playing the piano than the guitar, play the piano, find your niche in the song.

I love the Mumford reference. And I really like the way you tied it in with your original post. I never thought about “looking up” instead of looking ahead. It makes so much sense. Looking up in terms of aiming high but also in terms of looking to God. It’s a different perspective, I like it.
